Step 1

Take the assessment

The General Coding Assessment consists of 4 tasks of varying difficulty that assess different coding skills, primarily focusing on implementation and problem solving ability. You will have 70 minutes to complete the test, and you may split your time as you wish during the assessment.
The assessment is proctored remotely in order to ensure the validity of your results and help us expedite your application.

Step 2

Get your coding report

Upon completion, you will receive a coding report with a Coding Score that will be displayed on your GoTalent profile.  The Coding Score takes into account 4 different factors: correctness of your solutions, implementation ability, problem-solving ability and speed.
Coding Scores range from Level 1 (lowest scores) to Level 10 (highest scores). These levels correspond to scores of 300 (Level 1) up to 850 (Level 10).
