At GoTalent, we are committed to the principles of the #GoBeyondResumes movement; therefore, we equipped our application process with a code assessment to help us measure job-relevant skills. Our language-agnostic General Coding Assessment consists of 4 tasks of varying difficulty that assess different coding skills, primarily focusing on implementation and problem solving ability.

Video interview

The last step of our screening process consists of an assessment of personality and aptitude through a structured video interview. Our structured video interview includes 7 distinct questions, giving our candidates an opportunity to present their non-technical skills.
